Thank you for visiting us on the Web. We are Hawk Wild BBQ Co. in Marion, Iowa. We are avid Iowa Hawkeye Fans and BBQ lovers. With that combination and my love of cooking we decided that it was time to take both of those to a new level. I have always done alot of BBQ for us at home and the comments were always...Why dont you go into business for yourself? We have decided at this stage of our lives it is time to begin just that. We would love to be invited to your event or party to cook for you and your guests. We are a family that enjoys cooking for friends and fellow Hawkeye fans. nothing better than the combination of awesome BBQ and spending time
with fellow Hawkeye fans. We will bring the Hawk Wild Smoking Trailer
right to your event. Set it up and fill the air with the great smells
that only come from REAL wood fired BBQ Pit.
I blend my own rubs and create spectacular sauces to compliment our
rich BBQ flavor of hickory , apple, cherry and oak woods. Our side
dishes are awesome and the
BBQ Smoked Beans are out of this world. We are not professional chefs
nor will we ever claim to be. We are just Hawk fans that make AWESOME BBQ!!!
