Hi Tom! I just wanted to say once again thank you for the wonderful dinner on Saturday night and for all the hard work you and your family did. The meal was absolutely delicious--we had so many people telling us afterward how good everything was, and we've already passed along your contact information to several people. :-) We also had people tell us how nice and friendly you were and they really appreciated that. The food really was fantastic--I had some of the leftover brisket last night and it was awesome! And the mac & cheese was to die for--I loved it! You'll definitely be seeing us again this year at the Farmer's Market. Hawk Wild BBQ cooked for my Open House - and helped make it the BEST DAY EVER. I cannot express how awesome their pulled pork is - YUMMY! I actually had guests asking if they could buy some of my leftovers! Thank you SO MUCH to my wonderful "WILD" friends for being there and taking care of us better than I could ever have expected. Must say - just to top it off - that trailer is fantastic! Even had some drive by's cheering when the fight song was played. GO HAWKS and GO HAWK WILD BBQ!!!
